We visit your site and, based on the results of a preliminary natural disaster hazard level assessment conducted through desk research, evaluate the site's resilience (vulnerability) to natural disasters and fire/explosion risks, identifying site-specific risks. For particularly important risks, we conduct qualitative assessments of resilience and recovery capabilities based on our proprietary risk factors and best practices in the domestic and international industrial and insurance sectors. We conduct over 50 fire/explosion risk assessments annually, especially for factory properties and power plants. Using the average of qualitative assessment results for each factory use conducted in the past as an evaluation axis (benchmark), we can visualize how resilient your site is to risks compared to the industry average.
