Classification of applicable insurance policy terms and conditions

The different risks at multiple locations are bundled together in each clause.

When comprehensively insuring risks across multiple business locations, both domestically and internationally, we correctly classify the insurance policy terms corresponding to the risks and build a program for each policy term.
To create a global insurance program that covers overseas offices, it is necessary to collect and organize documents such as the general terms and conditions and special provisions of local policies issued in each country, confirm the differences in coverage conditions and payment limits, and then design a master policy that aligns with the risk management policy.
Our company has a proven track record of reorganizing insurance programs by globally collecting insurance policies that had previously been handled independently by individual business units, classifying coverage details by policy term, and restructuring the insurance program. We use our own original master policy terms and conditions.

Complex risk allocation for project cases

In project cases involving multiple contracts, primarily between the project owner and equipment/material suppliers, contractors, and other parties, it is necessary to clearly define the source of risk and appropriately arrange the insurance required by the risk owner.
Project-specific all-risk insurance policies such as Erection All Risks (EAR), Contractors All Risks (CAR), and Delay in Start-up (DSU) comprehensively cover project risks, but they do not exclude liability for negligence on the part of equipment manufacturers or contractors. Generally, risks borne by equipment and material manufacturers are covered by product liability insurance, and risks borne by contractors are covered by professional liability insurance, with risk owners individually insured. However, it is desirable to construct appropriate policy clauses that correspond to the location of contractual risks and avoid unnecessary double insurance.
