  3. We take a holistic view of the client's awareness of the product, reason for purchasing it, and financial situation and help them select products that fit their goals and circumstances.
  4. For products which are heavily influenced by market trends, we provide accurate information to enable clients to use their own discretion to make the transaction.
  5. When selling products, we look at things from the client's perspective and choose the time, location and other factors with care.
  6. In the unlikely case that the event insured against occurs, we make every effort to give the most appropriate advice when it comes to making insurance claims.
  7. We endeavor to listen to the opinions and wishes of our clients and take these into account when providing products.

    We have entered into a basic procedural agreement with the Insurance Ombudsman Association, the statutory dispute resolution organization.   3. About the Insurance Ombudsman Association

    The Insurance Ombudsman Association is a specialized organization established to resolve complaints involving insurance businesses and problems between customers and insurance businesses in a fair, neutral, simple and speedy manner.
    While the association endeavors to resolve issues by making requests to businesses regarding complaints received, as stipulated by law, if the parties involved are unable to resolve the problem, a consumer consultant or legal expert performs dispute resolution procedures.
    Complaints and problems handled by the association are limited to issues concerning the business of companies that have entered into agreements with the Insurance Ombudsman Association. The businesses that have currently entered into an agreement with the association are mainly foreign-affiliated damage insurance companies and insurance brokerages.
