Since its establishment in October 1982, we have been operating as the only Japanese insurance broker in Brazil, based in São Paulo, handling risk management and property and medical insurance brokerage throughout the country. We provide comprehensive support for corporate insurance operations to both Japanese and non-Japanese companies operating in Brazil, including designing and arranging insurance programs that comply with the system, regulations, and trends, as well as risk consulting and accident response. Of the 470 Japanese companies operating in Brazil, 150 utilize our services.

Responding to disaster risks
To prepare for natural disasters and accident risks, we conduct risk analysis based on business operations and location conditions, and then design and mediate the optimal property and casualty insurance program. We also handle prompt insurance claim procedures in the event of an accident, and prepare reports and recommendations for preventing recurrence.
Addressing the issue of rising medical costs
Rising healthcare costs are one of the challenges facing Brazilian companies. The causes are said to be healthcare inflation (approximately 10% per year), the declining health of Brazilians, and overuse of medical services. In response, we provide consulting services that incorporate health promotion activities aimed at controlling healthcare costs.
Response in the event of an accident
In the event of an accident, we will collaborate with the company to share information and utilize a process management system to prevent delays during the process and support the prompt processing of insurance claims.

As the only Japanese-owned insurance broker in Brazil, we have built a track record of over 40 years. Currently, we have a staff of 50, including one Japanese expatriate and three local staff members who can communicate in Japanese, Portuguese, and English. Our staff are well-versed in local systems and insurance product details, and we provide insurance brokerage and risk management services that meet the needs of our corporate clients.
